• Collaborate with departments to identify training needs and create engaging learning materials.
• Work with department heads to understand skill gaps and areas for performance improvement.
• Develop and implement training programs that support organizational goals.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to address identified needs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and metrics.
• Update training content based on feedback and changing needs.
• Support employees in using the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Align training initiatives with HR and organizational strategies.
• Promote learning opportunities and encourage employee participation.

• Minimum 3 years experiences in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Proficient in English
• Exhibit strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
