Role Summary

The Associate Director's role is pivotal in supporting the Director in overseeing the museum's comprehensive management and operations. We seek a proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented individual capable of efficiently managing the day-to-day tasks of project management. The company offers an exciting chance to grow with a team, contributing to enriching people's lives through the appreciation and education of art.

Office location: close to BTS

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead diverse projects including exhibitions, events, and programs.
  • Facilitate budget development, financial planning, and expenditure oversight.
  • Manage the organization and maintenance of museum records and files.
  • Contribute to crafting compelling communication materials such as press releases.
  •  Ensure the safety and inviting atmosphere of museum facilities.
  • Assist the Director in upholding legal and ethical standards.
  • Handle the processing of contractual agreements efficiently.
  •  Contribute to the formulation of long-term strategies and policies.
  •  Foster collaborative relationships with other institutions and community partners.
  •  Provide support for important meetings and preparatory tasks.
  • Assist in cultivating sponsorship and donor relationships.
  • Promote a positive work culture and staff professional growth.
  • Undertake special projects as directed to enhance institutional success.
  •  Maintain utmost confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Experience requirements
  • Demonstrated success in administrative and project management roles within cultural or arts organizations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in collaborating flexibly with a creative team.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Genuine passion for and dedication to the arts, with a keen interest in staying informed about industry trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Some familiarity with the Thai language would be advantageous in the long run.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.


Education requirements

Master's degree in Arts Administration, Museum studies, or a related field.
