ERP SAP (Sales & Distribution Module) Lead

The role of the SAP SD Manager is to provide comprehensive support to the SAP Sales & Distribution applications and users across Asia. This entails troubleshooting, resolving issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of the SAP Sales & Distribution system.

Application Support: Sales & Distribution (SD Module)

• Incident Management: Responsible for maintaining the application's uptime by adhering to a structured process for registering, monitoring, and resolving Finance and controlling application-related tickets.
• Oversight of program development and customization to ensure alignment with standard practices and group requirements.
• Supervision of operational services provided by the support team.
• Maintenance of applications according to SLAs and regional business needs, ensuring IT process compliance within the designated area of responsibility.
• Project Support:
• Documentation of the application, including technical, process, and end-user documentation.
• Execution of minor enhancements: problem description, information analysis, solution preparation, system change execution, testing, documentation update, implementation, and post-implementation support.
• Conducting Key-users training sessions and maintaining training materials as requested.
• Gathering and analyzing information, presenting findings, and translating business processes into technical and functional specifications.
• Development of realistic project plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and organization, and adherence to IT project methods and approaches.
• Identification, management, and resolution of project risks, issues, changes, and resources, ensuring compliance with IT project management processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution.
• Experience with at least 5 full cycles of end-to-end implementation.
• Experience in S4 HANA implementation.
• Proficiency in Financial and Controlling modules (SD) and related system interfaces.
• Familiarity with relevant business applications, platforms, infrastructures, and processes in an international environment.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
