Job Responsibilities

·      Develop and implement operational procedures for the efficient functioning of the vault storage

facility.

·      Ensure compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements for the storage of

valuable items.

·      Monitor and maintain the facility's infrastructure to guarantee a safe and secure environment.

·      Recruit, train, and manage a team of vault storage professionals.

·      Implement customer service initiatives to enhance the overall client experience.

·      Establish and maintain excellent customer relations to ensure high satisfaction levels.

·      Oversee security measures, including surveillance systems, access controls, and alarm systems.

·      Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard stored items.

·      Collaborate with relevant authorities and agencies to address security concerns.

·      Develop and manage budgets to ensure the financial sustainability of the vault storage facility.

·      Explore opportunities for business expansion and revenue growth.

Experience requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business management, Finance & Banking, or a related field
  • Proven experience in vault storage management or a similar role in Private Banking, Retail, Hospitality or Service field.
  • At least 3-5 years-experience working in the above related fields.
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment, with excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Proactive, service-minded, business-oriented, and innovative, with excellent interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
  • Pleasant personality with an excellent service attitude.
  • Work well under pressure and have excellent management skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence.
  • 5 days-working but flexible for working day & hour and able to work on weekend
