About the Company

Our Partner is Automotive Service, your role will involve analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of automotive service operation.

Job Responsibilities

·      Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to automotive service operations, including service requests, customer feedback, and inventory management. Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

·      Process Mapping: Document current business processes and workflows within the automotive service department. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of redundancy in service delivery.

·      Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including automotive technicians, service advisors, and management, to gather requirements for process improvements and system enhancements.

·      Solution Design: Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop solutions that address identified business needs and improve service delivery. This may involve proposing changes to existing processes, implementing new tools or technologies, or developing training programs for staff.

·      Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of automotive service operations. Monitor KPIs regularly and provide insights to management on areas of improvement and optimization.

·      Vendor Management: Evaluate and select vendors for automotive service-related tools, software, and equipment. Negotiate contracts, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure that products and services meet the organization's needs and standards.

·      Training and Support: Develop training materials and provide support to staff to ensure proper implementation of new processes, tools, and technologies. Conduct training sessions to educate employees on best practices and procedures.

·      Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions. Solicit feedback from stakeholders and identify opportunities for further optimization and enhancement.


Experience requirements


·      Automotive Industry Knowledge: At least 5 years experience In-depth knowledge of automotive service operations, including maintenance, repair, and customer service processes, is essential for this role. Candidates should have a strong understanding of automotive systems, parts, and diagnostic procedures.

·      Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are necessary to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to automotive service operations. Candidates should be proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and statistical analysis software.

·      Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills are required to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement improvements in automotive service processes. Candidates should be able to think critically and creatively to resolve complex business challenges.

·      Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with stakeholders, documenting requirements, and presenting findings and recommendations to management.

·      Project Management: Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives, is beneficial for successfully implementing process improvements in automotive service operations.

·      Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with automotive service management software, diagnostic tools, and equipment is advantageous. Candidates should have the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools used in the automotive industry.

·      Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is necessary for accurately documenting processes, requirements, and system specifications. Candidates should be meticulous in their work to ensure the quality and reliability of implemented solutions.

·      Teamwork and Collaboration: The ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders from various departments is important for success in this role. Candidates should be able to build consensus and drive alignment towards common goals.

Education requirements
