We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead marketing efforts and drive the growth of the airline business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the aviation industry, as well as a deep understanding of both domestic and international markets. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President of Marketing will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company and ensuring our continued success in a rapidly evolving industry.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance brand awareness for both domestic and international flights.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, finance, and product development to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Utilize market research and customer insights to identify opportunities for new routes, products, and services, and develop targeted marketing campaigns to capitalize on these opportunities
  •  Oversee the development of advertising, promotional, and branding materials across various channels including digital, print, social media, and events.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure the effective execution of marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  •  Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and establish strategic partnerships.
Experience requirements
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in marketing roles within the aviation industry, with at least 10 years in a leadership or senior management position.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Deep understanding of the airline industry, including market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  •  Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a willingness to challenge the status quo to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
  •   A willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
