Supply Chain Supervisor

Our client is a leading E-Commerce, Japanese Entertainment content Production and Distribution. They're looking for Supply Chain Supervisor who reports directly to Japanese MD and is responsible for supervising production control and inventory management of the company, including but not limited to, planning and executing production efficiency strategy, inventory level control, supplier management, inventory and logistic control of distributors and retailers. 

• Plan and implement overall supply chain improvement strategy. 
• Determine key quarterly supply chain KPIs. 
• Collaborate with Company’s Accounting team to plan and execute SCM strategy. 
• Produce monthly supply chain report including key KPI vs actual, narrative result analysis, and action plan for next month. 
• Maintain good relationship with suppliers and distributers. 
• Import and export customs documentation with customs brokers. 

• Bachelor's degree in any related fields
• At least 5 years of Supply Chain and or Production Control experience at international corporations. 
• Work experience in Japanese manufacturing industry is plus.
• General knowledge in Accounting is plus. 
• Strong analytical and execution skills.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
• Advance Microsoft Excel skills
