About the Company

Our partner is one of the largest hotel management groups in the Asia Pacific region. They're expanding our branch of luxury hotels in the heart of Bangkok.


In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Director to oversee the Thailand team for the launch of new hotel openings. Your role will involve establishing effective communication channels among relevant stakeholders to ensure the project is managed in the most efficient and professional manner, with sufficient provisions for project costs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Director to oversee the Thailand team for the launch of new hotel openings.
  • Manage and coordinate all technical aspects of the projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to achieve project goals.
  • Establish effective communication channels among stakeholders, including contractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure that all project documentation, permits, and approvals are in place and up to date.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, resolving any technical challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project costs and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices for sustainable and energy-efficient design and construction.
  • Identify and expand new opportunities in the SEA region.
Experience requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and codes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading project teams to achieve objectives.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and LEED certification is a plus.
