About the Company

Our client is international property development company which's going to expand more business in Thailand. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.


Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00


Job Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to clients, visitors, and employees.
  • Ensure the security of the reception area by monitoring visitor access.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
Experience requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
