Maintenance Manager

Our client is a Thailand-based public company that manufactures, markets, sells and distributes quality pharmaceutical, nutraceutical products and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)

This position manage pharmaceutical processing and packaging maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, team efficiency, and adherence to standard procedures while driving continuous improvement initiatives

Salary range is negotiable with company benefits.

Working Location: Samut Prakan, Thailand

Good command in English (Direct report to foreign director)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance operations for pharmaceutical processing and packaging lines.
• Ensure the reliability of various packaging equipment and oral solid dosage machinery, focusing on minimizing breakdowns and reducing maintenance costs.
• Lead a team of 10 members, including senior technicians, in implementing processes and enhancing their skills.
• Enforce work instructions and standard operating procedures within the team.
• Develop and execute projects to improve productivity and lower maintenance expenses.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to suggest alternative solutions.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Maintenance in Pharmaceutical for Food and Beverage industry
• Experience in Sifters, High shear mixers, Granulators, Compression machines, Tablet coating Equipment, Powder filling sachet equipment are a big plus.
• Experience in Team management (15-20)
• Good command in English

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
