Currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced "Sales Director" to join their multicultural team in a regional and national capacity.
Job Responsibilities

- Forge strong partnerships with new and existing customers in robotics and automotive industries.
- Immerse yourself in the robotics and automotive landscape, becoming a trusted advisor to clients.
- Lead a team of sales engineers, fostering their growth and success.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback, providing valuable insights to shape our strategic direction.
We're seeking someone who:
- Possesses a deep understanding of the robotics and automotive sectors in Thailand, particularly welding and OEM/supplier industries.
- Excels at forging strong connections and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Thrives in a multicultural environment, effectively collaborating with Thai, Asian, and European teams.
- Embraces the opportunity for extensive travel within Thailand and potentially abroad.
Location is in Chonburi with hybrid 5 days working.

Experience requirements
- Expertise in welding robotics
- Welding and Thai Automotive (OEM and supplier industry) market knowledge and market experience
- Possesses a growth mindset and a willingness to learn new technologies and share knowledge with others.
- Has a strong command of IT skills (MS Office) and presentation abilities.

Bachelor's degree of engineering or related
