We are a prominent manufacturer and supplier of various caps, including plastic and composite caps. Our caps play a vital role in sealing bottles and containers in industries such as carbonated beverages, soy milk, beer, soda, drinking water, energy drinks, fruit juices, liquor, and medical supplies. We also supply handheld capping machines and Maxi cap sealing machines. Furthermore, we provide metal sheet printing services, adding to our range of revenue-generating activities.

Primary Objective:

We are seeking an IT Manager with a focus on SAP systems to effectively manage and optimize our IT services, ensuring seamless operations across our company and subsidiaries.

• Lead and supervise IT operations within the established strategic framework and in alignment with company policies.
• Ensure the quality and functionality of Information Technology services.
• Strategize and drive ongoing development of IT solutions.
• Develop and review IT division budgets for hardware, software, and services to support operational efficiency.
• Oversee IT service operations to assist users in identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Monitor IT service performance and implement disaster recovery procedures with data backups.
• Manage IT staff through recruitment, training, coaching, performance evaluations, and setting job expectations.
• Maintain critical IT operations including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology management.
• Strong technical skills, particularly in SAP S/4 Hana, Linux Server, and Windows Server.
• Proficiency in network infrastructure solutions such as WAN, VPN, Firewall, Proxy, and remote technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in project management with a solid understanding of business processes, including Financial Accounting, Logistics, Warehouse Management, and MRP processes.
