Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary legal advisor for the company and its affiliates, covering various areas including industrial estate, real estate & property, corporate, commercial contracts, joint ventures, foreign investment, intellectual property, labor & employment, public-private company laws, and international transactions.
  • Manage the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts and legal documents in both Thai and English languages.
  • Offer legal advice, opinions, and comments on all legal matters pertaining to the business operations of the company and its affiliates.
  • Negotiate legal terms and conditions of contracts and other legal documents, providing guidance on new business ventures and transactional matters.
  • Liaise with internal departments, government authorities, and external legal counsel in Thailand and overseas, ensuring compliance and effective resolution of legal issues.
  • Participate in business meetings as required to address legal aspects of work assignments.
  • Prepare translations of contracts and legal documents between Thai and English languages.
  • Undertake general legal duties for the company and its affiliates, ensuring legal compliance and risk management.
  • Fulfill any additional legal counsel tasks as assigned by the company.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in law or other related field.
  • At least 5 years experiences as Corporate Lawyer in multinational companies or international law firm.- Good knowledge of corporate and commercial laws as well as SEC/SET rules and regulations.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Having problem solving skill through logical approach, negotiation ability and utilization of informational and human network
  • Ability to work independently or as a team with good coordination skills
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
