Position Overview
In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our Clent's cafe, ensuring every guest receives a luxurious and memorable experience. You'll also oversee daily operations, manage a dedicated team, and contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead by Example: Train and coach your team to deliver exceptional coffee expertise and personalized service, exceeding guest expectations at every turn.
- Embrace Brand Excellence: Uphold the highest standards in every aspect, ensuring the cafe operates smoothly and adheres to all company policies and procedures.
- Be the Champion of Customer Service: Resolve customer queries and concerns with grace and professionalism, fostering long-term loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.
- Multifaceted Mastermind: Perform tasks typically associated with Barista and Supervisor roles to maintain a seamless operation.
- Maintain a Pristine Environment: Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and functionality of all equipment, furniture, and cafe areas.
- Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Communicate effectively, recruit, train, and inspire your team to deliver brand standards and an outstanding customer experience.
- Drive Results: Implement strategic promotions and captivating in-store events to boost sales and customer engagement.
- Mastermind of Operations: Manage daily cafe operations, maintain accurate financial records, and oversee secure cash and stock management.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Implement the latest marketing updates and POS systems for optimal effectiveness.
- Supply Chain Savvy: Coordinate with vendors to ensure a steady supply of high-quality coffee and essential materials.
Experience requirements
- A seasoned professional with at least 3 years of proven success as a Cafe Manager.
- Passionate about coffee, possessing hands-on experience with professional coffee machines.
- A data whiz with strong analytical skills and a commitment to data security.
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- An inspiring leader with exceptional communication skills and the ability to build a motivated team.
