Position Overview:
As a Office Administrator, you'll be keeps the office running smoothly by coordinating all administrative tasks and boosting company productivity.
Job Responsibilities
- Handles reception tasks, manages visitor communication, organizes office events and completes other tasks assigned by the Office Manager.
- Assists with recruitment, manages staff calendars and files, arranges travel and accommodation and tracks visas and work permits.
- Manages monthly expenses, tracks tax applications, liaises with accountants and organizes financial documents.
- Handles purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and ensures office supplies and equipment are stocked.
- Oversees domestic and international shipments, tracks deliveries, arranges courier services and manages customs clearance.
- Liaises with government offices, prepares official documents, and maintains a safe and clean work environment.
Experience requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English to clearly interact with colleagues, clients and government officials.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.
- Possesses excellent time management skills, adept at prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to resolve issues quickly and thoroughly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
