Our client is a reliable coal-fired power plants in Thailand. Now, they are searching for a skilled HRD professional to design and manage employee development programs. You'll partner with team to understand the business needs and create a strong HR strategy. This strategy will focus on developing our talent skills, building a positive company culture, and keeping our workforce engaged.
Job Responsibilities
- Planning, implementing, and improving training programs to help employees excel
- Designing HR policies that promote development and employee engagement
- Supervising and coaching employees to reach their full potential
- Collaborating with senior leadership to achieve company goals through HR initiatives
- Overseeing performance reviews and learning & development programs
Experience requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in HR development, strategy, and talent management
- The ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and computer proficiency
