Barista (Replacement)

• Perfect the art of preparing and serving a delightful range of coffee beverages, from espresso to specialty drinks.
• Keep a keen eye on the freshness and quality of our diverse coffee bean selection.
• Take orders with efficiency and a friendly demeanor, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Share your expertise and mentor junior barista staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit.
• Conduct regular checks on coffee equipment to maintain quality standards.
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee preparation area.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement improvements for an even better customer experience.
• Assist in managing and restocking coffee supplies.

• Proven experience as a Barista, with at least 2-3 years in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
