Job Responsibilities
- Draft contracts in both Chinese and English while adhering to Thai law.
- Handle general legal matters, including contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Offer independent and expert legal guidance to support business development initiatives.
- Engage and liaise with external legal advisors as needed.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, and adaptable to a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Thai languages.
