Project Coordinator (Electric Parts Manufacture)

The company Joint venture between Japanese Automotive company & Big scale electric company.

manufacture Electric Products for using an Automotive Parts.

Bonus 2 times per year.

• Support and work closely with our Project Management team and participate in full project life cycle from requirements gathering to project implementation, maintenance and support.

• Support to follow up/contact with headquarters for complete information whenever required. • Support to monitor and control risk/issue to ensure project timeline is fulfilled and delivered on time.

• Act as an interpreter, point of contact and communication between our sites and headquarters.

• Prepare meeting report. Transcribe meeting minutes, memos, and any tasks to support depend on request from team.

-Other Requirement-

Japanese: Internal Conversation Level Up (N3 or above) Good communication skill to translate documents and as well to communicate by Japanese language.

Skills: Can use Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, Word)

Experiences: 3-5 years of experience for Project Coordinator is software development team. Having experience with project management is an advantage.
