They have successfully organized over 400 renowned events spanning more than 20 countries, and the events provide a significant platform for fostering negotiations between buyers and sellers representing a wide spectrum of global industries.


We are in search of an Exhibition Manager who will assume the task of overseeing the budget for the portfolio, increasing event revenue through productive teamwork with the sales department, efficient cost control, and working in conjunction with all support functions to guarantee the successful execution of top-tier events.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Management, Direction, Development, and Growth of the Portfolio

  • Create an extensive annual strategic blueprint encompassing the industry's current state, exhibition progress, opportunities, challenges, and expansion strategies.
  • Establish a compelling brand identity for the exhibitions or the entire portfolio that aligns with the industry and the company's goals and principles.
  • Introduce new exhibitions and/or additional features or related events to existing shows to maximize revenue, profitability, and margins.
  • Ensure that exhibitions offer innovative programs, content, and initiatives that bring added value to both exhibitors and attendees beyond the exhibition floor.

Financial and Show Objectives

  • Examine and formulate comprehensive financial budgets, covering revenue, expenses, and profit margins, in cooperation with other departments.
  • Keep a close eye on the profit and loss (P&L) status of the events, addressing any shortfalls and addressing critical issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance department to ensure a thorough understanding of our exhibitions' financial performance, current status, forecasts, and associated risks.

Exhibition Management and Operations

  • Collaborate with the operations team on exhibition construction and features to ensure the exhibition's appearance and atmosphere align with the brand.
  • Partner with the marketing team to devise effective marketing strategies for the exhibitions that meet exhibitors' and attendees' expectations and fulfill our return on investment (ROI) objectives.
  • Work with the database and contact center team to segment and identify specific buyers to achieve the desired quantity of attendees.

People Management and Leadership

  • Coach and enhance the team's skills, capabilities, and achievements continually.
  • Professionally oversee all team members reporting indirectly, fostering their development both as a team and as individuals.
  • Identify and address performance issues and formulate performance improvement plans.


Experience requirements
  • 10+ years of project management experience
  • Proficient in budget management and full P&L oversight
  • Strong leadership, people management, and performance reporting skills
  • Sales, Key Account Management, and marketing/brand management experience
  • Commercially aware with keen attention to detail
  • Effective time management and customer-centric approach
  • Proactive, innovative, and collaborative, excelling in high-pressure environments
