Operation Planning & Risk Management - Division Head

Our Client, a leading global financial institution with a strong presence in the banking sector. With a rich history spanning decades, they have established itself as a trusted partner for individuals, corporations, and institutions worldwide.

• Spearhead the oversight of operational planning within the banking division, ensuring the accurate and efficient execution of processes and technology platforms. Ensure adherence to established workflows and compliance with regulatory standards, laws, and internal protocols.
• Lead and initiate operational improvement projects, acting as the project lead for key initiatives aimed at enhancing and scaling up operational efficiency in alignment with the company's business model.
• Supervise the overall operation procedures of the bank, ensuring compliance with headquarters directives and regulatory authorities. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to establish and maintain Business Continuity Plans for seamless business operations during emergencies.
• Take charge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Transaction Screening processes, promptly addressing any suspected money laundering or sanction-related transactions.
• Exercise comprehensive control and management over SWIFT and payment systems.
• Oversee operations related to account opening and customer database management, including correspondence with relevant stakeholders.

• Thai Native Speaker.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance/Banking, Economics or relevant field.
• More than 15 years of extensive experience in Banking and/or Finance operations or related business fields.
• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Proficient in Business English communication.
• Proven track record as a team leader, self-driven individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
