Process Engineer

Our client is a global leader in creating innovative service ware and food packaging solutions specialize in crafting wet molded fiber products. Their manufacturing capabilities in Thailand have also expanded significantly due to substantial investments in production technologies



Currently seeking a talented Process Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in developing and optimizing processes for products made from fiber or plastic materials.

• Developing and refining processes for the creation of high-quality products using fiber or plastic materials.
• Qualifying and sourcing new fiber and plastic materials to ensure they meet our performance and cost requirements.
• Researching, selecting, and sourcing appropriate machinery and equipment to meet production needs.
• Leading the setup and evaluation of new machinery and equipment, establishing standardized procedures.
• Initiating process control measures and optimizing processes to consistently deliver products that meet customer specifications.
• Implementing and maintaining a robust quality control program to ensure all products meet our high standards.
• Training and developing team members on fiber and/or injection molding processes.
• Setting up, changing, and maintaining molds and equipment to ensure efficient production.
• Fine-tuning machine parameters to optimize performance and product quality.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on fiber or plastics
• Strong understanding of fiber and/or plastic material properties and processing techniques
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with machine and equipment selection, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Effective communication, collaboration, and training skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)
