Job Responsibilities
  • Develop business plans for restaurant growth and profitability, incorporating short-term and long-term strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and expansion areas.
  • Establish and lead a new management and operations team, setting strategic goals and objectives.
  • Manage restaurant budget to optimize resource allocation and cost-efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement measures for enhanced profitability.
  • Conduct regular financial assessments and forecasts to support decision-making.
  • Oversee procurement, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Maintain inventory levels and implement control measures for waste reduction and stock turnover optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and motivate restaurant team, fostering a positive work environment and culture of excellence.
  • Provide guidance and support to department heads, including kitchen, front-of-house, and administrative staff.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with musicians or entertainment providers for live performances and special events.


Experience requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience over 5 years in restaurant management, with a focus on fine dining establishments.
  • Strong financial and experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Knowledge of European and Thai cuisine, culinary trends, and fine dining standards.
