Job Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and upkeep data platforms such as data lakes and analytics labs.
- Collect data requirements, business SOPs, and ER diagrams.
- Establish data dictionaries, catalogs, and models for implementation in data lakes.
- Extract data from various sources within the organization, develop new data pipelines, establish connections to data sources, and ingest data into the data platform. Conduct ETL processes.
- Refine raw data and organize it into a consistent format while ensuring data quality.
- Grant users access to data warehouses and data marts for data modeling, mining, and production operations.
- Conduct unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests to ensure that the architecture meets the business requirements.
