Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify prospects and stay informed about industry trends.
- Create persuasive proposals and presentations to attract new clients and secure profitable deals.
- Execute strategic plans to foster business growth and build key partnerships.
- Communicate effectively in Thai and English with local and international partners.
- Lead sales teams, explore innovative channels, and meet revenue targets.
- Cultivate client relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in the spa and wellness industry, coupled with a robust sales and business development background.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving goals.
- Proven track record of driving sales, expanding market share, and establishing strong business relationships.
- Excellent command of English and Thai, with overseas experience being a distinct advantage.
- Proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
