Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the continuous evaluation and evolution of HC Systems, including payroll systems, etc.
  • Act as HR Lead for ongoing HCIS system implementation, encompassing testing, configuration, upgrades, security administration, and post go-live optimization.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application upgrades or fixes.
  • Translate business needs into projects with COEs, involving prioritization, scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
  • Provide support for HC technology matters, resolving problems, recommending solutions, and performing scheduled activities.
  • Recommend changes to current processes to enhance system effectiveness, coordinating with Managers for implementation.
  • Serve as a key liaison with third parties and stakeholders such as payroll providers.
  • Maintain and support various reports or queries, including standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
  • Create, generate, and maintain effective HC reporting, covering turnover, headcount, recruiting, and other key metrics.
  • Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation; conduct training sessions for new processes and functionality.
  • Act as the primary liaison for annual data testing, auditing for HC team, and other compliance requirements.
Experience requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • 4-5 years of working experience in HCIS or related field.
  • Thai and Fair English
  • Knowledge and understanding in HCIS or HC SAP module.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding in Human Capital function, roles, and responsibilities of each HC pillar, and how each pillar collaborates with each other.
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data, facts, figures, and number crunching.
  • Ability to present findings and translate data into understandable documents.
  • Clear writing and speaking skills to easily communicate complex ideas.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze numbers, trends, and data to draw new conclusions based on findings.
  • Vigilance in analysis to ensure data precision and arrive at correct conclusions.
  • Proficiency in estimating numerical data
