Boutique Manager

About the company: Our client is a distinguished luxury watch company, and they are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager. In this key position, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day store operations, ensuring a superior level of customer service, and contributing to the brand's expansion efforts.

• Plan and manage all aspects of boutique operations including merchandise management, staff management, sales maximization, inventory control, expense control, loss control and visual merchandising
• Optimize sales performances and store’s profitability
• Lead and develop a team of customer-oriented, highly motivated and dynamic staff
• Build strong relationships with VIP clients

• Diploma / Degree holder
• Minimum 5 - 8 years managerial or supervisory experience in luxury retail industry
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior appointment, and will be expected to perform with minimal supervision
• Excellent leadership & team management skills
• Confident, articulate and possesses excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English 
• Highly sales driven
