Job Responsibilities
- Lead and guide the design team, ensuring successful project completion that meets client needs.
- Regularly review designs and provide constructive feedback to enhance team members' skills and improve deliverable quality.
- Analyze organizational processes and systems, and design improvements.
- Evaluate the business model and its technological integration.
- Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define future states or business solutions.
- Conduct research, gather information, and synthesize findings.
- Understand the current processes, analyze user requirements, and document them.
