Head of Finance

They are looking for a Head of Finance to oversee their financial operations and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and tax, excellent leadership skills. Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis and Reporting

• Lead a finance and tax team to ensure accurate financial statements.
• Partner with DGM and GM for operational performance and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely, high-standard financial reporting to management, board, shareholders, and regulators.
• Maintain proper accounting and costing systems.

Finance Business Partner

• Provide financial analysis for operational reviews.
• Assist in creating forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.
• Support business growth with KPIs analysis and costing/pricing strategies.
• Monitor and improve business initiatives.
• Guide and collaborate with Finance Manager and team.

Tax

• Oversee tax matters and coordinate with Revenue Department and auditors.
• Ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
• Support internal tax management projects.
• Maintain compliance with statutory requirements.

Systems and Controls

• Set up accounting systems, internal controls, and SOPs.
• Lead improvement initiatives for policies and procedures.

Additional Duties

• Manage banking relationships.
• Attend board meetings and support finance-related matters.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• 10+ years in accounting, ideally in the food industry.
• Strong leadership and business support.
• Good at working with people and influencing decisions.
• Knowledgeable in finance and accounting best practices.
• Ability to drive change and improvements.
• Fluent in English and Thai.
• Understanding of IFRS and tax principles.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamics.
