About the Company

Our Client is a distributor that brings FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) products to retailers and wholesalers across Thailand.

Position Overview:

As a Key Account Manager, you'll spearheads building and managing strategic relationships with major Modern Trade clients, driving sales growth and optimizing product distribution for FMCG or consumer goods brands.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Modern Trade clients to plan activities and promotions.
  • Develop sales budgets and plan activities to reach sales targets.
  • Work with your team to execute in-store activations and provide promotional support.
  • Track sales and distribution performance, taking corrective actions to continuously improve.
  • Conduct regular store visits to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews for clients.
  • Evaluate brand marketing campaigns and project performance.
  • Discuss business plans, year-to-date sales and any challenges with clients.
  • Research and analyze market opportunities, competitor activity and historical sales data.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Modern Trade channels.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Patient, quick learner, perseverant, responsible, open-minded and flexible.
