About the Company

Join our client leading global bank with one of the largest global networks of financial and business centers. They are looking for an Operation Efficiency & Process Improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage overall project portfolio status.

• Define and develop business operation workflow and business improvement process/transformation to optimize operational efficiency and ensure implementation of new products/services.

• Handle project's tasks and activities, throughout project's life cycle, including business continuity plan and internal operation procedure.

• Analyze, forecast and monitor related reports of operation planning team.

• Handle other related documents to ensure alignment with all related stakeholders.

• Manage other duties as assigned by head of operation planning.

Experience requirements

• 5+ years of professional work experience in banking operations and project related engagements.

• Strong experience in business transformation or business process re-engineering/business process improvement in Banking / Financial Service sectors.

• Knowledge of mainstream banking products.

• Excellent verbal and written communication (English and Thai proficiency at business level or above) as well as presentation skills.

Education requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Banking, Business, Economics, Finance or related fields.
