Vendor Manager

Our Client, the leading data-driven logistics provider in Southeast Asia, is seeking a passionate Vendor Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in building and managing strong relationships with your network of trucking partners, ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions for your valued clients.

• Source and recruit top-performing trucking companies: Identify qualified trucking partners, negotiate competitive rates, and onboard them into your network.
• Become a master negotiator: Secure favorable contractual terms that benefit both your company and your vendors, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Drive operational excellence: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for vendor management, ensuring compliance and best practices.
• Data-driven decision making: Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement strategies.
• Collaborate for success: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations) to deliver high-quality logistics solutions.
• Lead with vision: Motivate and inspire others, driving continuous improvement within the vendor network.

• Proven track record in vendor management, contract negotiation, and supplier performance improvement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Thai languages is a must.
