Job Responsibilities
- Enter sales order confirmations and create item codes in the Axapta system.
- Open invoices based on sales order confirmations and output orders to relevant departments
- Prepare delivery plans, coordinate with shipping, and ensure timely product delivery to customers.
- Regularly update the Sales MPR.
- Coordinate with production to track job orders and delivery dates and inform customers and sales teams.
- Check warehouse inventories and notify Sales Executives for customer updates.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years in sales coordinator /customer service/relations within manufacturing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.
- Proficient in English
