Job Responsibilities
- Coordinating Externally such as Social Insurance, Thai Labor Law, VISA and Work Permit
- Agency, The Revenue Department, etc.
- Able to do Quarterly and Yearly Report to Related Government Office such as Department of
- Skill Development, Social Security etc.
- Organizing Training Sessions for New Hires and Refresher Training for Existing Team
- Members, Arrange Training and Record Training in Computer System
- Responsible for Recruitment, Hiring, Orientation Process. Prepare and Maintain Employee
- Records, Including Payroll, Time Attendance, Benefits, and Compensation
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Major Human Resource, Legal or other related
- Working Experience in Human Resource field at least 5 years
- Good command of spoken and written English, Japanese is preferable
