About the Company

Our client is a Japanese holding company primarily involved in transportation services, distribution operations, and various other ventures. The company's activities are divided into five main sectors. The Transportation sector encompasses services like railways and car-related activities. The Distribution sector oversees the management of supermarkets and distribution operations. The Real Estate sector is involved in property sales and leasing. The Hotel sector focuses on the creation and management of hotels. Lastly, the others sector includes activities such as building maintenance, heat supply, and other miscellaneous businesses.

This recruitment is for a company that operates a residential sales business within the real estate sector.



Job Responsibilities

1) General Affairs Duties:

  • Telephone and email correspondence, and reception of visitors
  • Language support as needed for domestic Thai companies and business partners.
  • Ordering and managing office supplies, organizing various documents, and managing other equipment and facilities.
  • Handling administrative applications, reporting to government authorities, and preparing necessary documents and translations.

2) Accounting Tasks:

  • Creating the company's cashbook.
  • Inspection and verification of issued vouchers or issued vouchers
  • Various expense settlements, invoice checking and payment procedures
  • Analysis and confirmation of balance sheets, income statements.
  • Other accounting-related tasks.

3) Support for Superiors/Expatriate Staff:

  • Handling various projects, acting as a point of contact for project owners, organizing documents, and providing support to superiors.
  • Carrying out various tasks based on instructions from superiors.
  • Checking the content of contracts and invoices in Thailand and providing reporting and consultation.
  • Engaging in English-Thai translation and interpretation tasks.
  • Attending various meetings as necessary, providing Thai language interpretation, and preparing meeting records.
  • Confirming, applying for, and renewing various licenses (work permits, bank accounts, ERC, etc.) and providing support for these activities.
Experience requirements

・Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.

・Fluent in Japanese (JLPTN1).

・Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.

・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

・Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

・Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

・Experience in accounting (finance, accounting, etc.)

・Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
