Job Responsibilities

IT Process Management:

  • Manage software licenses and software contracts.
  • Oversee and manage the company's IT assets.
  • Coordinate IT equipment procurement.
  • Manage user accounts for employees.

IT Infrastructure Support:

  • Provide initial troubleshooting for endpoint software, hardware support, server, and network infrastructure issues.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to Cloud/Infrastructure, including:
  • O365 cloud services (Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, WIP, and others).
  • AWS (Amazon Web Services) - Active Directory, File Server.
  • On-premises Server - Active Directory, File Server.
  • Network infrastructure: SD-WAN, Cisco Wi-Fi controller, Cisco access points, Cisco L2/L3 switches, Cisco routers.
  • IP Phone System on Cisco CUCM.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related IT field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience managing Windows Server OS, Office365 Cloud Services, and Active Directory.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience working with LAN/Wi-Fi, WAN, network switches, firewalls, routers, access points, and IP phones is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in computer networks and servers, with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
  • Proficient in English communication.
