About the Company

Our client, a leading semiconductor trading company established in 2006, provides IT solutions such as facial recognition cameras, automation, production, and inventory management to Japanese manufacturing and logistics companies in Thailand.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies, coordinate interview processes, manage recruitment channels, and assist in employee training and development.
  • Monitor training program effectiveness, support performance management systems, conduct performance evaluations, and handle employee relations.
  • Organize employee events, promote corporate culture, design compensation systems, manage benefits projects, and oversee salary distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, consult with legal advisors, oversee system implementation, and support HR Manager in various tasks.
  • Maintain employee records, manage HR projects, provide reports and analysis, and support overall HR policies and procedures.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5-10 years of HR experience, preferably in multinational or Japanese/Chinese companies.
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese or Chinese (N2/HSK 5 or higher), familiarity with Thai labor laws, and strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High sense of responsibility, professional ethics, teamwork spirit, and proficiency in office software.
