Our Client, a leading manufacturer of professional lighting fixtures, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize their supply chain operations. This crucial role will be responsible for overseeing production planning, warehouse operations, and logistics.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategically manage and optimize production planning, warehouse, and logistics operations.
- Drive operational efficiency through cost reduction and inventory control initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify process improvements and enhance supply chain performance.
- Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Manage and control departmental budgets.
Experience requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain management and production planning.
- Proficiency in warehouse management and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Fluency in both Thai and Chinese.
