Fleet Maintenance Manager

Our Client, a leading energy solutions provider based in Thailand, is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to join their growing Logistics and Maintenance team.

Manage and oversee the maintenance of trucks and heavy machinery to achieve department KPIs and support operational needs.

• Develop and implement comprehensive fleet maintenance strategies.
• Manage a team of technicians to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Oversee budget planning and control for fleet maintenance activities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure fleet efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and TIS/OHSAS 18001).

Essentially, this role involves managing the maintenance department to ensure optimal vehicle performance, cost-efficiency, and compliance with company and industry standards.

• Proven experience in fleet management and maintenance.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Thai is a MUST, good command of English is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Automotive Engineering
