Our Client is a leading provider of a wide array of ingredient products and Korean food items.
Position Overview:
As a Domestic Sales Manager, you'll responsible for managing and developing domestic accounts within the ingredients division, focusing on human and animal nutrition, through sales, customer relationship building and order fulfillment.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for contacting and acting as an intermediary to present products from Korea that plan to open a warehouse or target customers in Thailand to involves opening new markets and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Manage and grow domestic customer accounts.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support sales efforts.
- Handle order processing, invoicing and claims efficiently.
Experience requirements
- At least 3 years of Sales or Account management experience in the ingredient industry, specifically in dietary supplements, nutrition or amino acid products.
- Proven track record in domestic sales and account management within the ingredient industry.
- Prioritizes potential one with knowledge of food ingredients and amino acids.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship building.
- Strong English communication skills and computer literacy.
