Job Responsibilities
  • Developing problem-solving strategies for management review, aligned with government orders or regulations.
  • Assisting in overseeing and ensuring the company's telecommunications services comply with licensing requirements.
  • Managing and providing support during disputes with government or private sector entities.
  • Contributing to the evaluation of situations and trends that impact the company and reporting findings to management.
  • Preparing regulatory reports as required under telecommunication licenses.
  • Drafting responses to government or private sector regulations and coordinating communication with relevant internal departments.
  • Representing the company in telecommunications-related meetings with government and private sector stakeholders.
  • Advising internal teams on government regulations.
  • Collaborating on presenting regulatory issues to government agencies or supervisory bodies.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Telecom Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, particularly within the telecommunications industry or similar sectors.
  • Strong understanding of legal regulations governing the telecommunications industry.
  • Proficiency in drafting regulatory responses for communication with relevant organizations.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with both government and private sector entities.
  • Strategic thinking abilities in situations impacted by regulatory bodies.
  • A strong desire for continuous learning and personal development.
