Provide ICT Solution and international/domestic lines and Internet line communication services.
Job Responsibilities
Customer Support Function:
・Receive and response Japanese customer for incidents/requirements via call and e-mail.
・Handle customer's complaint and provide troubleshooting solutions in order to meet customer's satisfaction.
・Offsite & Onsite troubleshoot problem about network, PC, etc..
Provisioning Function:
・Offsite & Onsite support Japanese communication between Japanese person and support engineer
・Follow up work status according to work schedule
・Translate some Japanese document (such as work procedure) to English and work with team
Experience requirements
-Education: Bachelor's degree in Any Field.
-Business level for both written and spoken Japanese.
-Have experience in helpdesk IT support
-Have troubleshooting skill, Strong service mind, good mindset
-Can work together with other team's members and can work under pressure
