Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
  • Efficiently receive and process emergency orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct telemarketing activities aimed at increasing revenue and expanding customer base.
  • Manage and process export orders for Asia and New Zealand, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers, helping them resolve technical issues and offering product-related advice.
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks, including cross-referencing competitors’ catalogues to maintain up-to-date information.
Experience requirements
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.
  • Ability to process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Technical aptitude to provide support services.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of and commitment to EHS policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education requirements
  • Bachelor degree or higher
