Job Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
- Efficiently receive and process emergency orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct telemarketing activities aimed at increasing revenue and expanding customer base.
- Manage and process export orders for Asia and New Zealand, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers, helping them resolve technical issues and offering product-related advice.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks, including cross-referencing competitors’ catalogues to maintain up-to-date information.
Experience requirements
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.
- Ability to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Technical aptitude to provide support services.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Understanding of and commitment to EHS policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education requirements
- Bachelor degree or higher
