AVP Legal (Property Development)

·      Offer legal assistance in drafting, revising, reviewing, and participating in the negotiation of MOUs, LOIs, contracts, and legal documents related to joint ventures, investments, property development, hotels, and real estate. This includes Joint Venture/Shareholder Agreements, Shareholder Loan Agreements, Hotel Management Agreements, Technical Service Agreements, EPC/UDA Agreements, and associated ancillary agreements.

·      Provide thorough legal advice and support to internal business units on matters related to the company's business operations.

·      Work closely with internal business units and stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and alignment.

·      Supervise and manage external legal counsel, ensuring their work aligns with legal strategies and effectively mitigates legal risks, while maintaining high standards of legal service.

·      Oversee and lead legal teams.

·      Bachelor or Master's degree in Law (lawyer's license is preferred).

·      At least 10 years of experience working in a law firm or a real estate company (experience with an international company is preferred).

·      Extensive knowledge of real estate and commercial laws and regulations, as well as industry practices.

·      Excellent negotiation, persuasion, communication, and interpersonal skills, evidenced by successful interactions.

·      Capable of providing precise legal opinions and advice to relevant business units.

·      Proficient in both spoken and written English.
