Job Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential industrial property development opportunities, including greenfield sites and existing properties.
- Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, real estate brokers, government officials, and industry experts to source new opportunities.
- Site/Project Identification and Evaluation: Identify acquisition opportunity and conduct thorough due diligence on potential sites, including assessing location, zoning, infrastructure, and environmental factors.
- Negotiation: Negotiate purchase agreements and other relevant contracts with landowners and sellers to secure favorable terms for the Company.
- Acquisition Management: Oversee the acquisition process from initial identification to closing, ensuring that all necessary steps are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as projects, finance, leasing and legal to ensure successful acquisition execution.
Experience requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in real estate development or acquisition, ideally involve with industrial portfolio.
- Strong understanding of Thai industrial property market, including trends, regulations and key players.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and acquiring development sites.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, majoring in real estate or a related field.
