Manufacturing and selling aerosol valves products

1)Receiving order from Overseas and Domestic Customers ・

・Input detail order to system

・Ordering product to our factory

・Manage, monitoring and adjust shipment

・Arrange and prepare shipment included booking shipment (Air, Sea and other)

・Prepare shipping documents. Invoice, Packing list and etc.

2)Coordinate with customer both Overseas and Domestic

・Manage backlog balance of each customer

・Manage and control forecast from customer.

・Follow and feedback of delivery schedule

・Inform and adjust unforeseen delays or problems

・Control payment received of customer and follow up overdue payment.

3)Coordinate with factory and other department

・Follow up delivery play

・Instruct shipment

・Information sharing

・billing
