About the Company
- SAP Supply Chain support in MM, SD module
- 4+ year of experience in SAP Supply Chain
- Good command in English
Job Responsibilities
- Provide SAP L1 coordination and supports to business end-users
- Provide supports or collaborate with above market IT team (offshore) for issue resolutions
- Provide TH-EN language translation support, if needed, between end-users and above market IT team (offshore)
Experience requirements
- SAP System Knowledge: Deep understanding and extensive experience with SAP system functionalities, SAP and master/transactional data, and system integration across modules
- SAP Implementation Experience: Proven track record in SAP implementation projects and sustain supports. Hands-on experience providing Level 1 (L1) support to end-users in Supply Chain function
- Supply Chain Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management processes and end-to-end integration with SAP systems
- Communication Skills: Good communication in English and Thai
