Job Position: Sales Supervisor (Japanese Speaking) - Automotive and Electronics Trading Company

Work location: Bangkok

Our client is a well-known electronic parts and electrical materials trading company. The company has exhibited for many years in Thailand, with motivation and a high market share in electronic global markets. The main customers of this company are automotive and electronics industries.

• Develop sales strategies and business plans (90% existing clients, 10% new clients)

• Visit customers (electronics and automotive parts manufacturers) and build strong relationships

• Provide weekly and monthly reports on customer status and business opportunities

• Set budgets and monitor progress toward achieving targets

• Manage a sales team of three members

• Preferred 3-5 years of experience in sales roles

• Experience in sales of electronic parts or components is an advantage

• Must have a personal car

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field

• Good command of English (internal conversation level)

• Good command of Japanese is a must (JLPT N2 or above is preferred)
