Leasing Manager

Our client operates the commercial rental building and retail space in prime area of Bangkok. They are looking for Leasing Manager who responsible for acquire new clients into their portfolio, make the appointment for client visit and renew the agreement.

• Proactive to looking for new clients in order to acquire them into the company portfolio
• Present and lease new office and retail spaces both via phone and in-person meetings with clients.
• Make an appointment for client visits to the rental spaces and provide information about rental conditions, inspect, and survey the proposed rental area.
• Negotiate rental rates with tenant in line with the approved budget and provide consultation.
• Prepare quotation for the rental spaces, prepare reservation documents (Proposal, Letter Offer, Agreement) and service contracts for the spaces, obtain tenant signatures and collect a deposit including security deposit.
• Prepare and renew the agreement ​ and termination agreement  
• Follow up and explain the details of additional system costs to the tenant and follow up to sign the document of confirming the system work.
• Prepare weekly progress reports on leased space sales to present to management.
• Collaborate in analyzing and discovering suitable new spaces for rental to generate additional income.

• Direct experience at least 5 years of working experience in leasing office space and retail space.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially good at Excel and Power Point.
• Good Command in English.
• Good Personality and Reliable.
• Stong in negotiation skill.

• Bachelor's Degree in any filed.
