Job Responsibilities
・Generate sales by identifying and contacting potential clients.
・Educate potential clients about coaching services and the benefits of coaching.
・Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
・Provide coaching services to clients to help them achieve their goals.
・Assist clients in identifying areas for improvement and developing ratifies for success.
・Keep accurate records of client interactions and progress.
・Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on coaching techniques and company policies.
・Meet or exceed sales targets.
Experience requirements
・Proven track record of success in sales
・More than 5 years of working experience
・Must have Japanese language skill (N2+)
・Strong communication and interpersonal skills
・Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients
・Ability to work independently and as part of a team
・Ability to learn and apply coaching techniques
・No coaching knowledge or background required.
